Operation Detail Tampa LLC

Welcome to Operation Detail Tampa LLC! By booking and using our mobile detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Operation Detail Tampa LLC provides mobile vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washes, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other related services. Services may also include car seat cleaning. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or other approved booking methods.
• Payment is due after the detail is complete. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, customers will be informed of any price adjustments before service is performed.

• Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Operation Detail Tampa LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or mechanical issues. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

• Customers must ensure that their vehicle is accessible and in a safe location for our detailing services. Our team operates with a truck and trailer, requiring a paved surface with ample space for parking. The vehicle must be positioned in a location that allows sufficient room for our equipment and team to perform the detailing service efficiently. We do not service parking garages due to height restrictions.
• Customers should remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the scheduled appointment, including items in door pockets, center consoles, under seats, or any other areas that will be cleaned. Car seats should be removed and reinstalled by the customer for safety reasons. Operation Detail Tampa LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
• Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, special requests, or concerns before service begins.

• We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
• Operation Detail Tampa LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, excessive dirt/grime requiring additional labor, or wear and tear of the vehicle.
• Some cleaning methods, including interior shampooing, may cause temporary or permanent damage to sensors. Customers acknowledge this risk before service is performed.
• We use professional-grade products and techniques; however, we are not liable for minor cosmetic imperfections or paint defects that may become visible post-cleaning.
• Operation Detail Tampa LLC will take all reasonable precautions during the detailing process; however, any claims of damage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Operation Detail Tampa LLC assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages, and any compensation offered will be at our sole discretion and limited to the cost of the service provided.

• In cases of severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, storms), we may reschedule appointments at our discretion. Customers will be notified and given the option to rebook at a later date.

• We provide mobile detailing services within Tampa and surrounding areas.
• Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area.

• Customer information, including contact details and payment data, is kept confidential and used only for booking, service updates, and promotional purposes (if opted in). We do not share customer information with third parties.

• Operation Detail Tampa LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers can see terms and conditions on our website.
